How to have a work-life balance

1) 9:00AM- Kickstart
Wake up, kickstart your day into motion with a piping hot cuppa of  Masala  Chai or Ginger tea from whose origin may be slightly unknown.

2) 1:00PM- Refresh
Stand up and walk away from your workstations. Play a game, chat a little, enjoy the camaraderie, rejuvenate and get back to work with double the energy

3) 2:00PM- Energize
A nice lunch is usually followed by a peaceful afternoon siesta. However, you could have some green tea or a cup of hot coffee to revive the low battery of your systems

4) 4:00PM- Unwind
The day is about to get over, but you want to be around for just a little more time. Get together and discuss the books you're reading, the TV shows you're watching and the movies you love!

5) 5:00PM- Wrap Up
'Tis time to go home, a little of travelling to do, a little bit of cooking to do, a little of taking care of thy fam, and, before you know it, it's the next day already. Smile-Work-Repeat.
