How to check a computer's hardware and opearting system configuration?

Hello,
There is a very easy method to check a computer's hardware and software configuration.
Type"cpuz" in the google/yahoo/bing search engine and download a file called "cpu-z" from any one of the listed websites/urls .
After having downloaded the file, extract the downloaded file using Winzip.
Run the executable of "cpuz" to get the hardware and software configuration

    On Windows,an easier way to find out the above information is to right click on "My computer" icon,then click on the tab labeled "hardware".
    Point the mouse towards "Device Manager" and click on it and bingo!, you get the result.....
